Danielle joined Flaherty McCarthy LLP after working at a mid-sized litigation firm. Her practice includes subrogation, tort bodily injury, accident benefits, and experience working with private clients. She frequently appears before the Superior Court of Justice in matters including applications, civil actions, and assessment hearings. She has argued hearings before the Licence Appeals Tribunal and prides herself on her ability to conduct both written and oral hearings.

Prior to working in Toronto, Danielle worked with a legal charity in the UK, advocating on behalf of detainees in the Middle East and North Africa as well as detainees of Guantanamo Bay.
