Jessica has been providing sound legal advice and defending disputes for over a decade in relation to slip and fall torts, motor vehicle accident tort and statutory accident benefits disputes, including priority and loss transfer claims. She has successfully represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, Financial Services Commission and Licence Appeal Tribunal. When appropriate, Jessica mediates, providing practical advice and strong advocacy.
Jessica obtained an Honors degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2009. She was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
